Is High Fructose Corn Syrup A Poison?
In the United States, high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) has infiltrated the entire junk, fast, and processed food supply.
High-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is the epitome of what is wrong with the Western diet. The food processing industry is insidiously addicting the American public to the sweet taste of high-fructose corn syrup because without it their food would taste like cardboard.
The fructose content of high-fructose corn syrup is a chronic liver poison.[Lustig 2009] It is a mixture of fructose and glucose syrup, artificially made from GMO corn.
Reason #1, why High Fructose Corn Syrup is poison.
High-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is NOT chemically identical to table sugar, or sucrose.
Your body processes it differently. Moreover, it tastes sweeter than either sucrose or glucose.

High-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) contains contaminants, like mercury, that are a result of its unnatural manufacturing process.

High-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is being promoted heavily by the Corn Refiners Association.
Most health experts are against the heavy consumption of HFCS in a healthy diet.
Reason #4, why High Fructose Corn Syrup is poison.
High-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) listed on food labels is a marker for poor quality food to be strictly avoided, for dramatically better health.
